Scott started Matterhorn in 2009, but in recent
years has taken a step back from the day to
day operations of running the Projects and
Service divisions, and focuses on the
development of business and of staff. By
developing and maintaining relationships
with clients, Scott enables a constant flow of
new projects and organic growth to
Matterhorn.

Matt has over 15 years of refrigeration and air
conditioning experience, over a decade of
those in management positions. Matt takes
care of our Estimating, Preventative
Maintenance Agreements, Business
Development & People Management,
leveraging from his years of business and
people management, Matt plays a vital role in
the day to day operation of Matterhorn.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Wade has dual trades under his belt and
brings a wealth of experience in both
electrical and refrigeration to the helm of
Matterhorn’s projects team. Having vast
experience in supermarket refrigeration and
the most cutting edge technology and
controls, he is trusted with the design and
planning of our major projects.

Ian brings with him over 25 years of experience in the refrigeration industry. With an extensive background in the wholesale industry in refrigeration, his experience is vital to the function of our service team.
